This book is for everyone, since we all need to relax sometimes. The book is written with calming language that makes it relaxing just to read. It is a helpful and informative book.
This book covers the following topics: external and internal stressors, taking control of your stress problem, self-awareness, putting yourself first, living in the present, quieting your inner voice, relaxing the body, sleeping, eating, taking vitamins, exercising, breathing, drinking water, meditating, being mindful, getting a massage, doing Reiki, Yoga, and Tai Chi, performing progressive muscle relaxation, and various relaxation techniques – both physical and mental.
The book is short and to-the-point. It gives you a way to discover what you need to do to relax and what relaxation techniques you can try to find the ones that work for you.
